The OPPO F9 Jade Green charity photo competition has been a success as the company has managed to receive a total of 106,146 entries with their OPPO F9 Jade Green Charity Photo competition and now, OPPO is partnering with ABS-CBN Bantay Kalikasan to plant 1,200 trees at La Mesa Watershed.
In the contest, every one vote or share, OPPO will donate P1 to Bantay Kalikasan’s efforts to plant trees in La Mesa Watershed, the only major watershed in Metro Manila. The charity photo competition featured gallery of photos taken from OPPO F9 Jade Green by three known local photographers in where they showcased the culture and beauty of the Philippine islands. Because of the competition, there will be a total of three hectares of trees that will be planted which is worth Php200,000 worth of donation.
“We are very grateful to everyone who voted, shared and supported our Charity Photo Competition,” said Jane Wan, OPPO Philippines’ VP for Marketing. “OPPO will continue its advocacy of preserving the environment.” Wan added.
This partnership of OPPO with Bantay Kalikasan is just one of their Corporate Social Responsibility projects this year and the entire 3 hectare area in La Mesa Watershed will be filled with newly planted trees and it will be called as OPPO Forest.
