Apple has officially unveiled the iPhone Air, it’s currently the thinnest iPhone to date at just 5.6mm. This smartphone comes with grade 5 titanium frame along with a Ceramic Shield 2 cover on the front and Ceramic Shield at the back to make it tough despite the thinness of this smartphone.
The iPhone Air weighs only 165g and features a 6.5-inch offering up to 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The device is protected by Ceramic Shield 2 on both front and a Ceramic Shield on the back.
Inside, the iPhone Air is powered by the A19 Pro chip paired with Apple’s N1 networking chip and C1X modem. This makes the iPhone Air on the same level of the iPhone Pro when it comes to power.
The smartphone comes with a 48MP main camera and an 18MP Center Stage front camera that supports Dual Capture video. Unfortunately, there’s only a single rear camera on the iPhone Air probably due to its thinness.
The iPhone Air will be available in Space Black, Cloud White, Light Gold, and Sky Blue. Pricing starts at CA $1449 for the 256GB variant. Pre-orders begin on September 12, with availability starting September 19, 2025.
