Apple has just announced today that the iPad Air will be getting an update and this time, it will now have a more powerful M3 chip and also a new Magic Keyboard for iPad Air. The chip is still a generation below the M4 chip which is currently on the iPad Pro right now.
The iPad Air promises to be faster than ever but still sport the same pricing on both the 11-inch and also the 13-inch mode of the iPad Air. So what’s new? Well, the new iPad Air now supports the new Magic Keyboard for iPad Air which has a function keys and has a metal build.
As for the M3 Chip, it is promised to be 35% faster for multithreaded CPU workflows than iPad Air with M1 chip inside and for the graphics side, it will be 4x faster than the iPad Air with M1 chip inside which is essential for gamers.
We all know that M3 chip has also improvements when it comes to Neural Engine with the iPad Air M3 having 60% faster AI-based workloads. Speaking of AI, the iPad Air M3 supports Apple Intelligence and its features including Clean Up, Image Playground, and many more.
The iPad Air now starts at Php 42,990 (CA$799) for the 11-inch and Php 54,990 (CA$1099) for the 13-inch.
