Lenovo Legion Y700 Gen 5 Launched with Snapdragon 8 Elite, 165Hz Display, and 9000mAh Battery

Lenovo has officially launched the Legion Y700 Gen 5 gaming tablet in China. This is an iPad Mini competitor but this one is designed and made for gamers and power users. The Lenovo Legion Y700 Gen 5 features an 8.8-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate. The tablet is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 24GB of RAM.

Lenovo has also equipped the device with a large liquid-cooled vapour chamber system to maintain performance during extended sessions. The tablet supports stylus input and includes Legion Halo lighting for a gaming-focused aesthetic.

For battery life, the Legion Y700 Gen 5 packs a 9000mAh battery with 68W fast charging and bypass charging support, allowing users to game longer while reducing heat buildup. Audio is handled by dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support, while connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and dual USB-C ports.

The Lenovo Legion Y700 Gen 5 is currently available in China in multiple configurations, starting at CNY 3,999.
