LG has officially unveiled LG Sound Suite, a new modular home audio system designed to deliver flexible and immersive surround sound without complex setup. Making its debut at CES 2026, the system is anchored by the H7 soundbar, the world’s first soundbar to support Dolby Atmos FlexConnect.
Dolby Atmos FlexConnect allows wireless speakers to automatically adapt to a room’s layout, optimizing sound performance regardless of placement. LG Sound Suite supports pairing the H7 soundbar with wireless components such as the M7 and M5 surround speakers and the W7 subwoofer, offering up to 27 configuration options and scalability up to a 13.1.7-channel home theater system.
When used as the lead device, the H7 soundbar enables Dolby Atmos FlexConnect to work with any TV via HDMI. LG also confirmed that Dolby Atmos FlexConnect will be enabled on its 2026 premium TV lineup and select 2025 models through a future software update.
The system includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity for wireless streaming and simplified setup. Additional features include Sound Follow, which uses ultra-wideband technology to adjust the listening sweet spot based on user position, and Room Calibration Pro, which applies AI processing to optimize sound for room acoustics.
Powering the H7 soundbar is LG’s Alpha 11 AI Processor Gen 3, enabling features such as AI Sound Pro+ for spatial audio up-mixing and AI-based object separation for improved dialogue clarity. All LG Sound Suite components use Peerless speaker units, known for high-performance audio engineering.
