The Samsung Galaxy S10 series isn’t here yet but we do have a new Galaxy device in town and it’s the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. Well, it isn’t as powerful as their flagship smartphones and tablets but the Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e is still a decent tablet. It features quad-speakers too tuned by AKG and then there’s the 16:10 10.5 -inch display with 2560×1600 resolution.
Don’t get fooled with that ‘e’ in the name as the tablet features a metal body and it has a thin profile. You can also plug in an optional book cover keyboard on the tablet and even use it in DeX mode for a laptop-like experience.
Inside the tablet is a Snapdragon 670 chipset and you can get it at these memory options: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB but don’t worry because you can even expand it via MicroSD card slot up to 512GB. There’s a decent 7040mAh battery inside too which is more than enough and a USB-C port. Unfortunately, you have to use a dongle as the tablet doesn’t support headphone jack. The tablet will also have a fingerprint scanner built into the power button and then there’s the 8MP selfie camera and 13MP front camera
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e will be priced at $460 in the US. No word regarding local availability.
