Samsung has announced that its Quick Share feature will soon support AirDrop compatibility, starting with the upcoming Galaxy S26 series. This update is designed to make file sharing between devices faster and more seamless.

With the new update, Galaxy S26 users will be able to send and receive files more easily across compatible devices using enhanced Quick Share functionality. The feature aims to simplify content transfers such as photos, videos, and documents without the need for other apps.

Samsung confirmed that the rollout will begin on March 23, initially launching in Korea before expanding to additional regions including Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Latin America, North America, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan. Support for more Galaxy devices is expected to follow at a later date.
