Microsoft has confirmed today that they’re currently working the next generation of Xbox console and it is in partnership with AMD.
Microsoft has posted a video with the Xbox president Sarah Bond saying that they’re working on a new console and it will not be locked to a single store or it is tied to one device.
Microsoft has made it clear that the next-gen Xbox platform will be focused on different devices which is what we’re seeing right now as Xbox games are now available on Console, cloud, and even on handheld devices.
This move from Microsoft probably means that will be seeing more devices that can run Xbox games on different form factors and devices which will make the console wars interesting.
