The MacBook Air M5 has recently been launched and it’s one of the most exciting Macs that you can get right now. Why? Because it combines both the power of the M-series chip and it also brings the portability of a thin and light laptop. In this generation, M5 brings in more AI power for local LLM tasks and it also brings in more power for gaming thanks to its more powerful cores. But what do I think about the laptop? As seen in the video, despite being a thin and light laptop, it was still able to run games such as Resident Evil 3 and even a demanding one like Cyberpunk 2077. Other than that, the laptop still comes with the same design from a few years ago. It still has a MagSafe port, 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports for display and also for transferring data.
However, it still comes with a 60Hz refresh and it comes in 13″ and 15″. There’s still a limited ports but the MacBook Air is just perfect for most people as it comes with power, long battery life and a decent specifications.
