Dell has officially revived the XPS 13, positioning it as a more affordable premium Windows laptop and a direct rival to Apple's MacBook Neo. Starting at $599 for students and $699 for regular buyers, the new XPS 13 comes with a 2.5K 120Hz touchscreen display, CNC aluminum build, Intel Core Series 3 processors, and Wi-Fi 7 — all in a 12.7mm thin, 2.2-pound chassis.
