PaperMatte Display with Eye Protection

A standout feature of the MatePad 11.5 (2025) is its PaperMatte Display, built with nano-level etching and magnetron nano optical coating. This design minimizes glare and reflections, making the screen usable even in direct sunlight or brightly lit rooms.

The display also incorporates circularly polarized light technology, mimicking natural light to reduce eye strain. Certifications from TÜV Rheinland and SGS cover low blue light, flicker-free performance, and low visual fatigue.

In terms of visuals, the screen offers a 2456 x 1600 resolution and a 600-nit peak brightness, ensuring clarity for reading, writing, and media consumption.

Enhanced Note-Taking and Creative Tools

The MatePad 11.5 (2025) pairs with the HUAWEI M-Pencil (3rd Generation) to deliver a more natural handwriting and drawing experience. The upgraded HUAWEI Notes app introduces AI Handwriting Enhancement for neater digital notes, as well as customizable features like themed covers and stickers.

The app also expands its brush selection, offering tools such as a 2B pencil, felt-tip pen, and calligraphy brush for a more personalized writing or sketching experience.

For artists and hobbyists, the tablet comes with GoPaint, HUAWEI’s dedicated painting app. With a wide variety of brushes and textures, it transforms the MatePad 11.5 into a portable digital canvas for professional-level illustration.
