Easy Redemption Process
Redeeming rewards from the Lenovo Holiday Promo 2025 is quick and simple. Customers must visit promotions.lenovo.com and upload their purchase details, including:
- Full name (as shown on a valid ID)
- Contact number
- Proof of purchase (invoice name must match the ID)
- Device MTM and serial number
Once submitted, Lenovo will confirm the redemption request within 7–14 business days via email. Customers who qualify will then receive their eWallet credits within another 7–14 business days.
For desktop bundles that include printers and accessories, the freebies will be provided instantly upon purchase at participating Lenovo partner stores. Each customer can avail of the promo up to five times, with redemption valid for 60 days after the promo ends.
