Smart has introduced KiQ, a new mobile brand designed to deliver the country’s first fully app-based and personalized digital telco experience. This new mobile brand from Smart targets the Gen Z users as KiQ allows subscribers to customize their mobile plans and services entirely through the KiQ app.

KiQ’s platform lets users adjust data allocation, add or remove calls and texts, and select their preferred plan validity. The KiQ app also lets subscribers choose their own mobile number, this gives flexibility to match different lifestyles and usage needs.
Getting started requires downloading the KiQ app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, purchasing a KiQ eSIM for Php99, and registering it directly through the app. KiQ is Smart’s first service to offer QR-less eSIM activation, allowing subscribers to install and activate their eSIM without scanning a code. Once the one-time eSIM registration is complete, customers can immediately use their personalized plan.

The KiQ app is now available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
