While other providers are closing down their physical stores, Smart continues to operate 123 physical stores nationwide, providing customers with accessible in-person support for inquiries, bill payments, and account concerns. This is a good move for Smart as a lot of Filipino consumers are still looking for physical stores for their inquiries. This approach complements Smart’s digital services, including the Smart App, where users can monitor promos, track usage, and manage their accounts conveniently.
Smart subscribers can also benefit from prepaid and postpaid offers that are for different needs and budgets. Prepaid users have access to a more affordable data, call, and text bundles like Power All 50, 99, and 149, while postpaid customers can avail of Data and Call Boosters through the Smart App, starting at Php199. Perks and discounts are available for postpaid subscribers on Plans 999 and up.
Smart’s network now covers 97% of the Philippine population, backed by PLDT’s extensive fiber infrastructure as well. They have recently introduced 5G Max in Taguig City and tested new 5G Standalone technology at high-traffic events which has improved their network reliability for all users.
