HONOR will launch its AI Eye tracking feature this August 27

HONOR has just announced that they are bringing a new technology to their smartphones and this time, it’s the AI Eye tracking feature. This AI-powered technology will be brought to MagicOS 8.0 and it is expected to roll out to global devices this August 27.

The new feature will allow the users to control their smartphones by just looking at the screen. With this feature, users can look at the screen and open notifications, launch applications and navigate thru the device effortlessly. This is impactful for individuals with ALS, a neuro disease that limits their motor functions.

HONOR has also announced that they’re currently investing in research and developmnent for non-invasive brain-computer interface tech which will allow communicating with external devices using brain signals.
