Apple Arcade wants to change the game in the Apple ecosystem by offering subscription-based games on the App Store. Instead of buying games or even downloading in-app purchase heavy games, you’ll be having a game that is premium and it won’t be relying too much on in-app purchases and it will be a console-level experience. 
Another attractive feature of Apple Arcade is that they’ll be arriving at the MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and TvOS. Yep, once you subscribe to Apple Arcade, it will be downloaded to the device and you can play it anywhere you want.
Apple Arcade will be available this September 19 and it will have a monthly subscription of $4.99/month for the family subscription
