The smartphone has finally arrived in the Philippines and it packs a dual selfie camera in where you can take groufies without the need of a tripod. The OPPO F3 will pack a MediaTek MT6750T processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of Internal Storage, 16-megapixel front camera and also a 13-megapixel rear camera.
