Xiaomi has officially confirmed that the flagship Xiaomi 18 Pro Series is going global this November. Following their debut in China in September, the brand announced via their social channels that both the Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will be expanding outside their domestic market.
Xiaomi 18 Pro Series Global Expansion Breaks Exclusivity
In previous flagship launches, global buyers often had to settle for standard base variants while the most capable hardware stayed behind Chinese borders.
With the Xiaomi 18 Pro Series global release confirmed for November, international markets including Europe and Asian regions are set to receive the brand’s flagship camera and performance flagships.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Dynamic Rear Secondary Displays
The Xiaomi 18 Pro runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset, while the larger Xiaomi 18 Pro Max steps up to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme platform.
On the front, the devices feature 1.5K and 2K LTPO AMOLED panels boasting a fluid 120Hz refresh rate and up to 4,000 nits of peak brightness.
One of the design traits of the lineup is the rear secondary display, measuring 2.7 inches on the Pro and 2.9 inches on the Pro Max.
The rear screen allows users to check notifications, glance at real-time status widgets, and frame high-resolution selfies using the main camera array.
Leica Dual 200MP Cameras and Hardware Privacy Screen
Mobile photography is one of its best features with a camera co-engineered with Leica to deliver authentic color science and optical clarity.
The camera system is headlined by a 200MP primary sensor alongside a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.2x optical zoom and optical image stabilization.
The setup is rounded out by a 50MP ultra-wide lens, while selfies are handled by a 50MP front-facing shooter.
Both models also integrate a hardware-level privacy screen technology.
Massive Batteries, HyperOS 4, and Global Availability
The smartphones are backed by high-capacity silicon-carbon batteries paired with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging speeds.
While the Chinese domestic variants arrived with 7,000mAh and 8,500mAh cells, retail listings suggest global editions may carry slightly adjusted battery capacities to comply with regional certification requirements.
Out of the box, the devices run on Android 17-based Xiaomi HyperOS 4, bringing fluid system animations and cross-device connectivity.
Xiaomi is expected to announce specific market release dates, regional retail bundles, and official pricing across Europe and Asia throughout November.
