Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two souls are definitely one of the best games on the Playstation 3 and today, these games will be remastered for the PlayStation 4. Both games will be available in Blu-Ray Disc Edition and Digital Edition on March 2, 2016. And yes, you can enjoy the two games in the Blu-Ray Edition.

 

If you’re not familiar with Heavy Rain, it follows the dramatic story of Ethan on finding his son. In this game, you’ll follow his stories and make decisions to save his family. So what can we expect with the remastered edition of Heavy Rain? Well, here are some things that you can expect from this game.

 

  • Increased resolution from 720P to 1080P
  • Increased the number of available shadow maps from 8 to 12
  • Enabled multi-threaded rendering
  • Added post-process: HDAO and MSAA
  • Improved lighting for scenes and objects
  • Improved reflections

 

Beyond Two Souls stars two Academy Award nominees — Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe along with the original music by Hans Zimmer. This game takes you to a psychological adventure and unexpected twists.

 

Both games have an improved graphics and more optimized for the Playstation 4. These games are one of the best when it comes storyline and I’m pretty sure that you can get hooked with these games because they’re really a masterpiece that is only available on Playstation.

Xiaomi has unveiled the Xiaomi Mi 5, their latest flagship smartphone at Barcelona, Spain. This smartphone is set to compete against the big products including the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the LG G5. The Xiaomi Mi 5 comes in many variants and the best of them all, the Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro, comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, 3000mAh battery and 128GB of storage. Xiaomi also called its body design as “3D Ceramic” which looks very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S7.

OPPO Teases “5x” Smartphone Photography Technology

Looks like it will be exciting for OPPO as they’re now teasing that they’ll be bringing a new smartphone photography technology at MWC. The company is expected to unveil the features of this new technology on February 27 at Barcelona, Spain.

 

According to OPPO, the ‘5x’ project will allow the OPPO’s smartphone cameras to capture images and unprecedented quality. I believe that this smartphone technology could pave a way to something big in mobile photography. My guess? probably 5x optical zoom.

 

Well, time will tell what OPPO has in stored for all of us.

Huawei Matebook officially unveiled at MWC 2016

I’m a Macbook user but I’m a big fan of the Microsoft Surface line because the tablet is portable and doesn’t come with a bulky dock but it can still run most desktop applications and games that you want. And at MWC 2016, Huawei has unveiled the Huawei MateBook, their newest 2-in-1 device that is aimed against the Microsoft Surface Pro and iPad Pro.

 

The Huawei Matebook is a thin and light tablet with an aluminium unibody and a keyboard case with a touchpad that’ll cost you another $129. There’s a 12-inch IPS display too with a resolution of 2160×1440 and a 160-degree wide angle.

 

One biggest thing that set this tablet apart from the iPad Pro and Android tablets is the 6th Generation Intel Core M-Series Processor. So what does this thing do? With this processor, it can run most applications without hiccups and yes, you can run Windows applications on this tablet.  The tablet also got some cool accessories including the MatePen which is a stylus that offers 2048 levels of sensitivity and the MateDock which allows you to have more connectivity on the tablet.

The design of the smartphones looks similar to the previous generation but this time, it has been improved and the smartphone is now easier to hold.

LG has finally announced their brand new flagship smartphone, the LG G5. The smartphone is set to combine the beauty of the design and the convenience of features. How? By having accessories called the LG Friends with its modular design.

The LG G5 also features an always-on display which is now better because it only consumes 0.8% of battery per hour. The rear camera also offers more with the ability to choose to up to 135-degree wide angle lens.

 

LG G5’s biggest feature is its modular design that allows you to have accessories including the LG Cam Plus which helps you transform the smartphone into a digital camera with dedicated shutter and many more controls for the camera.

 

There’s the LG Hi-Fi Plus accessory too which is made Bang & Olufsen. With this accessory, it gives you a mobile DAC and Amp. It’s just amazing.

And of course, there are other LG Friends accessories too including a 360 camera. Yep, the LG 360 Cam gives you photos and videos in 360-degree. Another LG Friends accessory is a VR headset and unlike other VR headsets, the LG 360 VR is light and it is sharper than other competitors.

Alcatel just had a refreshed logo and to celebrate that, Alcatel just unveiled their two new smartphones — the Alcatel IDOL 4 and 4S. These smartphones also have a unique feature called the Boom Key. It’s a physical button that gives different functions depending on the app. One useful function of this button is to instantly take photos while on standby mode.

Both the Alcatel Idol 4 and Idol 4S packs a brand new chipset but the 4S has the better hardware.

LG G5 is expected to be launch this MWC 2016 at Barcelona, Spain but even before LG has release their newest flagship, leaked images have already roamed around the web. It seems that the next flagship smartphone of LG would pack some features that the other smartphones doesn’t have including a magic slot which lets you have a swappable battery and additional accessories.

 

The LG G5 will now have a premium metal build which is loved by many, a fingerprint sensor at the back which also doubles as a power button, and a dual-camera.

 

The LG G5 is expected to have the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 proocessor, 4GB RAM, 5.6-inch QHD display with always-on feature, and just a 2800mAh of battery.
