HUAWEI has officially introduced the 2026 MateBook Fold Ultimate Design in China.
Priced starting at CNY 24,999 (around PHP 205,000 / $3,700), the ultra-premium device brings a better performance to an ultra-flexible 18-inch form factor
Kirin X90 Plus Chipset, Up to 32GB RAM, 2TB Storage, and HarmonyOS 6.1
The major upgrade in the 2026 refresh is HUAWEI’s in-house Kirin X90 Plus processor, available with up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of high-speed storage. It ships out of the box with HarmonyOS 6.1, integrating a range of AI productivity tools, satellite communication, and intelligent multi-window multitasking.
The laptop also features a zirconium-based liquid metal hinge supporting multiple standing angles, alongside an integrated rear pop-out kickstand.
18-Inch LTPO OLED Foldable Display, 13-Inch Compact Footprint, and 74.69Wh Battery
When unfolded, the device showcases an 18-inch dual-layer LTPO OLED display with a 3,296 x 2,472 resolution and a productivity-focused 4:3 aspect ratio. When folded, it transforms into a compact 13-inch laptop footprint offering a 2,472 x 1,648 resolution in a 3:2 ratio with an 8MP front-facing camera.
It carries over a 74.69Wh battery, six-speaker spatial audio system, four microphones, and a vegan leather-finished rear panel in Phantom Black, Radiant Gold, and Sky White.
