HUAWEI has officially expanded its nova 16 lineup in China with the launch of the HUAWEI nova 16 SE. Priced starting at CNY 2,499 (around PHP 20,500), the device comes with a massive 8,500mAh battery paired with ultra-bright display tech.

6.84-Inch 120Hz AMOLED, 8000-Nit Peak Brightness, and Kirin 8020 Chipset

The nova 16 SE features a 6.84-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a claimed peak brightness of 8,000 nits.

Under the hood, it is powered by HUAWEI’s in-house Kirin 8020 processor coupled with up to 512GB of internal storage and side-mounted fingerprint security. The device runs out of the box on HarmonyOS 6.1 and features an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

8500mAh Battery, 66W Fast Charging, Red Maple Color Camera, and Satellite Messaging

The phone comes with 8,500mAh battery, supported by 66W SuperCharge wired fast charging while for imaging, it packs a 50MP main camera alongside a 32MP front selfie camera.

It also supports two-way satellite messaging, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and comes in Cherry Blossom Snow Sky, Dawn Orange, Starry Night Black, and Sky White. Price starts at CNY 2,499
