Apple has just announced the brand new MacBook Air today with the M4 Chip inside. But that’s not the most surprising part because the new Macbook Air now comes in a new color — Sky Blue. Apple has also announced that the new Macbook Air will now start at US$999 (CA$1,399/Php64,990).
The new MacBook Air will now come with the M4 chip on both 13″ and 15″ variants. We’ve previously saw this chip before on the iPad Pro and Apple is promising that the MacBook Air M4 will bring in 18 hours of battery life along with a starting 16GB of unified memory.
The M4 Chip will start at 10-core CPU and 8-core GPU but it can go as high as up to 10-core GPU for better performance. Apple is promising a 23x faster performance than the fastest Intel-based MacBook Air.
The Macbook Air will still come with the same design and the same ports. It still has 2x USB-C, MagSafe charging port and also an audio combo jack. There’s a NEW 12MP Center Stage camera as well on the new MacBook Air.
