Vivo V5 Lite Launched In the Philippines!

1

Vivo has just launched their newest smartphone here in the country and it’s the Vivo V5 Lite. It’s a selfie-centric smartphone and compared to its more expensive but better brother, the Vivo V5 Plus, the Vivo V5 Lite has a toned down hardware but of course, a more affordable price.

.

“>

The Vivo V5 Lite looks quite good because of its design and color but despite having a metallic look, the body of the smartphone is plastic. It’s actually not that bad and the smartphone isn’t really slippy.

The smartphone also has a front facing flash which is really a nice addition since this smartphone is really made for selfies.

The software running on this smartphone is still Funtouch OS and they felt better than the last time I used it, however, I was disappointed with its HD display.

Vivo V5 Lite Specs

  • 1.5GHz MediaTek 6750 octa-core processor
  • 5.5-Inch HD IPS Display
  • 3GB RAM
  • 32GB of expandable storage
  • 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF, LED Flash
  • 16-megapixel front camera f/2.0 aperture
  • Dual SIM
  • LTE
  • WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS
  • Android 6.0 Marshmallow with FunTouch UI 3.0
  • 3000mAh Battery

We already have the Vivo V5 Lite in our hands so expect that we can have our hands-on and unboxing on my YouTube channel. The Vivo V5 Lite is priced at an affordable price of P9,999.

Samsung Galaxy S8 leaks out!

0

You’re looking at the most beautiful smartphone that I’ve ever seen and yes, this is the Samsung Galaxy S8 and it has been leaked by the very popular leakster, Evan Blass (@evleaks).  The smartphone has been going around the internet for weeks but this is the best render that we’ve seen to date.

Obviously, Samsung has ditched the hardware buttons in favor of the on-screen buttons which were not seen in this photo. The design of the Samsung Galaxy S8 is far from the previous Galaxy smartphones in where we could see hardware buttons on the front but hey, just look at this photo. I think ditching the hardware buttons is worth it. I mean, look how sexy the Samsung Galaxy S8 is with that thin bezels.
