Nokia N97 unveiled!
Today Nokia N97 just unveiled their newest N series phone. Which is the Nokia N97. As you can see in the picture, the cellphone looks like Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic and the Nokia N97 is a touchscreen phone with a QWERTY Keyboard. More after the jump

I think Nokia wants to take on the Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X1 & Apple’s iPhone. The design of the Nokia N97 looks like a copy of sony ericsson’s Xperia X1.
The Nokia N97 will be out on the Q1 or in Q2 of 2009 with a price tag of 550 Euros and I predict that the Nokia N97 will have a price in the philippines of PHP 38,000.00 .
New neo vivid laptops
I just found out that Neo had another vivid laptops when I visited their site. The 2 laptops were announced last November 19 The new vivid laptops are V3150 and V3161 with a price of P37,000 and P42,000 respectively. The vivid laptops has a 12.1″ WXGA LCD. The specs of this computer are not that so bad. These laptops are not that heavy so its good when you’re traveling. BTW, My laptop is Neo 572sx which my parents bought last summer which is only PHP 32,000 and until now I haven’t encountered any problems yet. But the specs of my laptop is not good for gaming because it is only equipped with a T2130 dual core processor and a Sis mirage 3 Graphics and the battery does not last up to 2.5-3 hours.

Windows 7 release schedule
Just got this news when I visited Windows7news.com.
If you didn’t know yet what windows 7 is, it is the sucessor of Windows vista. And this OS will be much more faster than the previous OS. It says that the released will be probably on 2009. And it also says that there will be a EEE pc version that windows 7 will be installed….. RELEASE SCHEDULE AFTER THE JUMP

Grand Theft Auto IV For PC
Grand Theft auto IV for PC is almost 2 days away from now!. And I can’t wait to see the newest Grand Theft Auto IV on PC. That video on top is a video editing tutorial that I got from GTA GAMING… More After the jump
GTA IV PC is so cool that they got a in-game video editor. And I think the in-game video editor is far more better than the windows movie maker lol. Because you can control the speed of the movie, change the camera view & you can even put some effects on your movie and many more!.
BTW, there is also a online multiplayer matches where there are 32 people can join, a custom game browser, The Independence FM which is the custom radio and more.
Grand Theft Auto IV will be release on December 2. As of now, I haven’t find any pc cheats for Grand Theft Auto IV, Obviously because it isn’t out yet lol. anyway if you didn’t know yet the minimum requirement of grand theft auto IV PC. Just check this out
Aluminum macbook
I’ve been reading reviews of the new aluminum Macbook for the past few weeks. So I decided to make a short review of this macbook. For me the price tag of $1299 (PHP 72,000 in the philippines, which is more expensive) is worth it. Why?….Read the Review after the jump
Design
The new macbook have been for its ubersexy body, which is made from a block of aluminum. BTW, the old macbook is made up of polycarbonate plastic. But now,because it is now made up of aluminum, its case will be recyclable. Apple is also aiming for more greener computers which means more enviroment friendly materials. To make it greener they make the case aluminum and they also remove the harmful toxins in their products.
Where the hell is the click button?
One of the attracting features of the new macbook is the new multitouch glass trackpad which is buttonless. Why is it buttonless?, Because the trackpad is already the button that means there are more space for your finger to swipe, rotate, pinch and other multitouch feature.
Display
The macbook has a 13.3″ LED backlight LCD screen.After reading a ton of reviews of this macbook, All I see is that the people hates the glossy display because when you’re outside, it is very difficult to see the display due to its massive glare, but even you’re inside your house, you will find the display of the macbook annoying because of the reflections. The native resolution of the macbook is 1280 x 800 which is similar to my notebook which is only 12.1″. The resolution of the former macbook and aluminum macbook is the same but thanks to the LED backlighting feature of the new macbook, it is much more brighter.
Keyboard
Apple has change the color of the keys, instead of its colors is similar to the precision aluminum body they made the color black which has an attracting contrast (which has also the same colors of our keyboard) . The problem with these keys are the dirty smudgy fingerprints are noticeable, So it will make you wipe your keyboard most of the time. One of the new features of the aluminum macbook is the LED backlight keys for the 2.4 GHZ macbook. Too bad the 2.0 ghz macbook doesn’t have that feature
Connectivity
One of the downsides of the aluminum macbook is the lack of connectivity. Why Lacking?, its because they already removed the firewire 400 in the macbook products, because of this, many macbook fans choose the macbook pro since the macbook pro has the firewire. What about the hardware that only uses firewire?. Too bad, they remove the firewire. One of the downside of the connectivity is the USB port, There are only 2 USB ports in the macbook. And also mini display port, Because of the mini display port, Apple will make you buy a mini display to VGA. But don’t think that apple made a stupid decision about this thing. For me, this is nice. Putting a mini display port lessens the ports in the macbook but I wish that they make a mini display port to HDMI. The mini display port is also useful when you are connecting to a Apple led cinema display, all you need is a magsafe, USB and a mini display port and you’re connected to your Cinema Display .
The juice.
On the apple’s website. It says that the macbook last up to 5 hours when you’re browsing the internet using Wi-Fi. When I read the reviews, they almost got the same. When they test the batteries of the macbook they get a 3-4.5 hours juice. And almost 2-3 when you’re doing some hard work in your mac.
Intel to Nvidia
For me, Apple made a good move. Nvidia’s 9400m are more powerful than the latest video card of Intel which is GMA 4500MHD. Nvidia’s 9400m Video card is 5x more powerful than the former macbook’s video card which is X3100. And base on the reviews that I read, The aluminum macbook can play SPORE with low settings. You can also run Warhammer Online in the new macbook with a playable FPS (Check The Video Below). The laptop can also run Crysis which is a demanding game but it will run only on low FPS, And AFAIK because of the FPS, It is not playable.

CONCLUSION
All in all, For me The macbook is a great bargain even though you will see the PHP 72,000 price or $1299 in USA. Despite its annoying display, its lack of connectivity this thing is still great. The recyclable materials makes it more good, also the precision aluminum body, and the more powerful video card and a long battery life despite of the powerful video card

Quake III arena on your Mobile Phone

I discovered this thru Symbian Freak. Yup, you read it right Quake III arena on your mobile phone. You can play quake II arena on your S60 phone.
Quake III is a multiplayer FPS game which was released during 1999. During that time I was only 5 years old. And AFAIK my brother use to play this game.
Quake III arena is only compatible to phones with Texas ‘s OMAP 2420. which is on Nokia N95 8GB, Nokia N82 And on Nokia E90 however Nokia N95 cannot run this game due to lack of RAM.
You can also run a local server on the phone using Bluetooth. And you can also use a keyboard using the bluetooth.
