ASUS Philippines Expands Warranty and Service Benefits for 2026

ASUS Philippines is giving customers better after-sales support this back-to-school season with its expanded ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program. Starting June 8, 2026, eligible ASUS and ROG devices sold and activated in the Philippines will come with improved warranty coverage, free device cleaning, a longer replacement window, and on-site service for select models.

Up to Three Years of Warranty Coverage

ASUS flagship laptops, including the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops, will now come with a three-year International and Local Warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, along with ASUS All-in-One PCs, will continue to receive a three-year Local Warranty.

Meanwhile, Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handhelds will retain their two-year International and Local Warranty. Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handhelds will also continue to include one year of Local Accidental Damage Protection through ASUS Perfect Warranty.

Up to Six Free Device Cleanings

Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs, and handheld devices can receive up to six complimentary preventive maintenance services during the warranty period. Users can claim up to two free cleaning and maintenance services each year at participating ASUS service centers. ASUS has also extended the replacement period for eligible devices from seven days to 14 days.

On-Site Service for Flagship Models

Eligible ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops will now include Local On-Site Service. This means customers may no longer need to personally bring their devices to a service center for eligible repairs. ASUS and ROG desktops and All-in-One PCs will continue to receive the same benefit. The ASUS 2026 Enhanced Warranty Package is available for eligible products purchased and activated through authorized Philippine retailers beginning June 8, 2026.
