IT’S OFFICIAL: HONOR is coming back to the Philippines

Members of the Philippine media including us, Jam Online and NoypiGeeks have received an invite to the upcoming press conference this August 9. Honor Philippines has confirmed that they’ll be having a press conference and it looks like HONOR is coming back to the Philippines.

I have high hopes for HONOR because Huawei has sold HONOR to Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co. Ltd, a state-owned company. This means that HONOR is free from sanctions and they’ll be able to use GMS or Google Mobile Services on their smartphones.

We’ve also confirmed from a source that Iridium technologies will be the distributor of Honor smartphones in the Philippines
