Realme Philippines is doing its part to help the Filipinos this COVID-19 pandemic by extending the warranty of Realme devices nationwide during the duration of the ECQ and the devices can also be replaced up to three days after the lifting of the month-long ECQ.

Realme devices will be extending the warranty of their devices by seven days after the quarantine. Not only that, but customers whose gadgets will have a replacement period expiring within the ECQ may also have their devices replaced by up to three days after the lifting of the month-long ECQ.

We prioritize the health of our employees and partners, so we also temporarily put on hold the operations of our service centers in Luzon. Let’s contribute to the battle against this pandemic by staying at home and keeping ourselves healthy,” shares realme Philippines vice president for Marketing Austine Huang.

The realme service centers are expected to open once the ECQ is lifted in the country.
