Samsung 321 App now features a COVID-19 hotline

If you are a Samsung smartphone user, the Samsung 321 app now comes with a new update in where it includes a COVID-19 hotline number to aid users for any concerns and emergencies related to the global pandemic.

The app was launched in 2016 and it enables quick access to the current list of 900 validated emergency contact numbers and also locations that are organized in categories such as medical assistance, Red Cross, Police stations, Fire Stations, National Disaster Hotlines, and Motor and Traffic Assistance.

And now, there’s a dedicated COVID-19 emergency button that displays the Department of Health and Red Cross’ COVID-19 hotlines. The contacts for the Department of Health, Philippine National Police, and the Philippine Red Cross have been updated as well.

The Samsung 321 app comes pre-installed on selected Samsung mobile devices and it can be downloaded on the Google Play Store with devices that are running on Android 5.0 and up.
