Smart has relaunched their volume-based LTE plans and this new volume-based plan offers more selection of LTE plans for Smart subscribers starting at PhP 799 per month. Smart offers two turbo plans for two different consumers. There are two types of packages – Turbo Plus and Turbo Max.
Turbo Plus are for casual users who are only into Facebook, Twiter, Instagram, Google search, chat apps and web browsing. This plan starts at Plan 799 with Pure volume + All month surf while Turbo Max are for heavy users who are into music and video streaming, downloading or uploading and it offers more volume than Turbo Plus but this one doesn’t come with All month surf.
So what is All month surf?
Allows you to do 1.5GB* of light, casual internet activities (e.g. Social Media browsing such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Google search, web browsing, chat and reading up on e-mails) without using the volume inclusion of the plan.
*Once you consume 1.5GB of All Month Surf, you will experience speeds of up to 256kbps on the light and casual Internet activities.
If you’re planning on getting the cheapest Turbo Max plan, you don’t worry because 3GB is more than enough on most internet users here in the Philippines but if you’re just a casual user who just love to browse the web, check your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram then you better get the Turbo Plus plans.
