A brand new emulator has come on the Google Play Store and it’s the AetherSX2! Unlike the DamonPS2 emulator, the AetherSX2 is stable and performs way better compared to the former and it’s compatible to more devices not just the flagship ones.
The app is recommended to run on at least a Snapdragon 845-equivalent device while Mali or PowerVR GPUs will be able to run the app but at a slower performance compared to Adreno GPUs.
To run AetherSX2, you’ll need to have a BIOS with you that you can get from your PS2 and of course, the image of the PS2 games that you want to play. You won’t be able to run anything on the PS2 emulator without the two.
