Tekken 7’s newest Filipina character is Josie Rizal

For the past few weeks, there have been rumours that the new character in Tekken 7 is a Filipina and finally, it has been revealed today by Mark Julio that the new character is indeed a Filipina and her name is Josie Rizal, a tribute to our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.

Josie Rizal isn’t using the Philippines’ national martial arts and sport, Arnis and it looks like she’s into Kickboxing. Check out her video at the top of this post.
