Huawei Freebuds Pro Launches in the Philippines

Huawei Philippines has recently launched its newest wireless earbuds in the market and it’s the Huawei Freebuds Pro. This is an addition to the growing wearable and smart products of Huawei and unlike the other Huawei TWS, this one comes with an in-ear design and also an active noise cancellation inside.

First, it has a minimalistic design and it’s noticeably smaller but this one still comes with a punch inside. We got here an 11mm dynamic drier and it supports connection to two devices simultaneously. Aside from that, there’s Bluetooth 5.2 support that’s why the connections are seamless.

For the noise cancellation, this one is pretty impressive as this one comes in different modes. First, there’s the Active Noise Cancellation and then there’s the Call Noise Cancellation which will give you a better audio experience on calls and awareness mode and voice mode for different environments and needs. For the battery, this one can go up to 36 hours of total usage.

The Huawei FreeBuds Pro is now available for pre-order until December 3, 2020 for Php7,999 and you can get a limited-time freebie worth Php3,989 including the Huawei Band 4 and entertainment gift package.

realme Philippines grabs the #1 smartphone brand slot, reports 962.5% annual growth

realme launched in the Philippines in 2008 and in just two years, they managed to grab the #1 spot in the Philippines. This is according to the Q3 report of International market research firms Canalys, IDC, and Counterpoint Research.

According to the ever-reliable IDC, realme Philippines reported a 962.5% annual growth and captured 25.4 percent local market share just this third quarter which is an amazing feat for a smartphone brand that is just two years old.

In early November, Canalys reported a 25% market share and 531 percent YoY growth for realme Philippines which makes it the fastest quarterly growth for a smartphone vendor that has been attained in the Philippines.

Why I switched to Huawei Matebook 14 from my Macbook Pro

If you’ve been following me for a while now, you already know that I’ve been using a Macbook Pro as my main notebook but recently, I’ve switched to Windows again and this time, I’ve been using the Huawei Matebook 14 as my main notebook. Why? Because it has everything that I need and I’m gonna share with you some of the reasons why I switched to the Matebook

Powerful processor

This is probably the main reason why I switched to the Huawei Matebook 14. There’s the AMD Ryzen 4600H processor inside which is a big leap from the previous generation and since this an H-series processor, this takes more TDP which means that this has more power which I need for creating videos and also for playing some casual games on the notebook. Not only that, there’s 16GB of RAM too which means that you can open more tabs on Chrome without worrying about lags.

Premium design

One of the reasons why many people are flocking to the Matebooks is that because their notebooks do have a premium feel and design. We got here a metal build and yes, it is comparable to my Macbook Pro in terms of design.

Seamless ecosystem

Having a macOS device means you’re stuck with their ecosystem but with Windows, you’re more flexible and with the Huawei Matebook 14, we’re getting here Huawei Share too for Huawei smartphones which lets you mirror your Huawei smartphone to the notebook or you can transfer files to your notebook swiftly

Despite having a powerful processor inside the notebook, the Huawei Matebook 14 can still last up to a few hours of battery and even more than the Ryzen 3000 series. We got 6 hours of battery on the Huawei Matebook 14 and it’s surprising considering that we got a lot of power inside this notebook.

Overall, the Huawei Matebook 14 is fun to use. It has everything that I need ranging from the beauty of its design up to the power of its Ryzen processor inside. The Huawei Matebook 14 is now available for Php54,999.
