It’s got the cool factor of a flip phone without the crazy price tag, and after spending some time with it, we’ve got to say, it’s pretty impressive for what you’re getting.

The first thing you notice about the Phantom V Flip 2 is how sleek and compact it is. Unfolded, it’s only 7.64mm thin, which is pretty slim for a foldable.

When you fold it, it’s just 16mm thick, making it super easy to toss in your pocket without feeling bulky. The cover display, which used to be more circular, is now a squarish 3.64-inch AMOLED screen. It’s functional. You can check notifications, read messages, and even reply without having to unfold the phone.

And the hinge? TECNO claims it’s been tested for 40,000 folds, so it’s pretty durable.

You can run apps such as YouTube, Maps, and many more and it takes advantage of its ability to recognize the surroundings and use it for different apps.

According to Google, Gemini AI will be one of the main features of this as it will require voice recognition for its input aside from hand inputs.
