The next-generation APEX 2020 is finally here. Just in case you don’t know anything about APEX smartphones from Vivo, it’s known for making innovations and cutting edge technologies that we can expect from future smartphones and yes, Vivo is heading this breakthrough with the APEX 2020.

Personally, I’m excited about the camera enhancements done on the APEX 2020 along with the 60W Super FlashCharge which is really amazing as it can fill in a 2000mAh battery in just 20 minutes.
The realme C3 is one of the most interesting smartphones of 2020 as we got here the country’s first smartphone to pack Helio G70 processor but that’s not all as the smartphone will also feature a large 5000mAh battery and also a large 6.5-inch HD+ display. The smartphone does really have a powerful processor for its expected price range thanks to the Helio G70 processor of the smartphone and of course, it’s also quite interesting as we got here a triple lens camera and also a large 5000mAh battery.

Here’s an interesting piece of news regarding smartphone sales last year — the iPhone XR is actually the best selling smartphone of 2019 in the globe. So how big is the iPhone XR? Well, it captured a 3% market share despite being outed in the market last 2018.
Second in the list is the iPhone 11 which is currently the affordable iPhone in the 11 series and of course, it is followed by the Samsung Galaxy A50 which is pretty popular here in the country and then there’s the Samsung Galaxy A10 and then the OPPO A5. Most of the top-selling smartphones in the list are actually from Apple and Samsung.
In the APAC region, OPPO A5s has the biggest chunk of share with 3% followed by Samsung Galaxy A50, then the iPhone XR, then the Galaxy A10 and lastly, there’s the realme C2 which is a pretty affordable smartphone.
Huawei smartphones might not be on the list but they’re currently the second-largest player in the global smartphone sales.
It’s been a while since President Donald Trump has placed Huawei into the entity list of the US government and us consumers have already felt the effect as the recent Huawei smartphones including the Huawei Mate 30 series and the Huawei Y7P doesn’t have a built-in Google Play Store but now, it seems that Google doesn’t want to lose Huawei as the US company has applied for an exemption with the US government to bring their mobile services again.
So what does this mean? Well, it means that if there’s Google Mobile Services again on Huawei smartphones, we’ll now be able to see Google apps such as Google maps, Youtube, Gmail, etc. on future Huawei smartphones including the Play store.
Right now, the Huawei Y7P and the Huawei Mate 30 series are taking advantage of the Huawei Mobile Services in where it uses the Huawei AppGallery as its application store.
Every year, Vivo has released its teasers of the APEX 2020 smartphone and they’re teasing “Vision Beyond” for their next smartphone as we can expect brand new features on the smartphone including a Fullview Endless display, continuous optical zoom, gimbal-stabilizing camera, and wireless super flashcharge.
Based on the teaser images, we can expect that the Vivo APEX 2020 will come with 60W Flash Charge which is one of the fastest in the industry right now. Aside from that, we can also expect a 120-degree Fullview Endless display which is a lot better than the waterfall display of the Vivo NEX 3.
Lastly, we can also expect a really good stabilization on the camera of the smartphone with a 48MP camera. It’s Vivo APEX 2020 smartphone will also come with a 5-7.5x optical zoom which suggests that the smartphone would have a really good zoom on with its camera.

Looks like Realme 6 series will be arriving soon months after the release of the Realme 5 series in the Philippines as realme has announced that the realme 6 and the realme 6 pro will be launched next week and as expected, there will be a lot of upgrades for the upcoming smartphone of realme.
The smartphones are expected to pack a 64MP quad-camera setup with 20x zoom, 90Hz Full HD+ display, and 30W fast charging. The smartphones are also expected to sport a punch-hole display with the realme 6 pro featuring a dual selfie camera while the realme 6 features only a single front-facing camera.
Not only that, but they’ll also release their first fitness band this March and it will come with a heart rate monitor, OLED display and of course, it will be available in black and yellow.
The realme 6 and 6 pro along with the realme fitness band is expected to be unveiled this March 5.

Microsoft is starting to roll out new designs for system icons, which was initially unveiled last December 2019. The latest Windows Insider Preview Build 19569.1000 uses over 50 new icons released last Tuesday.
Microsoft’s aim with the new icons is to standardize the look of its apps across all of its platforms. The company wants to familiarize consumers with the new icons to associate it with Windows similar to Android, macOS, and iOS. According to Microsoft, the new designs also reduce the overhead on the brain when using a PC.
The new icons breathe simplicity as seen with the sample image of the mail icon and how it evolved throughout the years.
