We already knew that the OPPO F5 6GB will be coming here in the Philippines as the marketing materials being produced and distributed by OPPO Philippines in their stores include the OPPO F5, F5 Youth, and also the 6GB Variant. And finally, OPPO Philippines has finally launched the OPPO F5 6GB Variant.

So what’s inside the smartphone? Well, aside from the 6GB RAM, the smartphone will also come with a larger 64GB of Internal Storage and also a red color. The biggest difference between the OPPO F5 and the OPPO F5 Youth is its cameras and also its RAM. The camera of the OPPO F5 Youth has been toned down to 16-megapixel front camera and 13-megapixel rear camera from the 20-megapixel front camera and 16-megapixel rear camera of the OPPO F5. The RAM of the smartphone has been lowered to 3GB too which is just fine as the smartphone is still fast and comfortable to use.


The OPPO F5 Youth is now available for P13,990. That’s actually a pretty good price especially if you want the sleek looks of the OPPO F5 but you give too much importance to its camera. I mean, the camera of the OPPO F5 Youth is still good and the smartphone is still powerful as the smartphone still uses the same Helio P23 processor.
