Finally, the all-new motherboards from ASUS are here and yes, they just launched a barrage of motherboards here in the Philippines that is made for the latest Intel Kaby Lake Processors and of course, they have different features for each of the motherboard.

However, if you want new peripherals for your gaming desktop or you want to build one, ASUS has also launched some of their newest and most bad-ass products that they have launched two new gaming monitors which are made for enthusiasts and these are the ASUS ROG PG258Q and Designo Curve MX34VQ.

 

The ROG PG258Q features a 24.5-inch display with Full HD resolution and with a native 240Hz refresh rate. It also has a 1ms GTG response time and Nvidia G-Sync. While the Designo Curve MX34VQ features a 34-inch Curved display with a 21:9 ratio and 3440×1440 ultra wide QHD panel and the best part of this monitor? It has a Qi Wireless charging pad for your smartphone as long as it supports wireless charging.

And lastly, ASUS Philippines ha also launch three new gaming mouse which is the ROG Gladius II and ROG Strix Impact. The ROG Gladius II is a gaming mouse that is optimized for FPS games. The game’s theme is certainly new as Horizon Dawn Zero is set in a post-apocalyptic world but instead of looking at the world with dying environment, we’re seeing green forests, thriving plants, and grasses along with the machines. In this world, you’ll be living with different robots while the people went back to tribal.

“>The environment of the game was fun to explore. Although I wasn’t able to roam most of it since we’re only allowed up to Chapter 3 of the game. The environment doesn’t feel dull and I believe that the game was quite massive and there were different NPCs and objects that you could really interact with.

 

If you love Witcher 3 or Skyrim, you’ll definitely love this game. The skill tree and mechanics of the game is expansive but not complicated and it will definitely be fun to play with. The weapons have different functions and I’m pretty sure that you’ll be having fun playing with it by trapping and killing those machines.

 

The game is an open world with full of details and places. There are many things to see and since we’re having a full day cycle and weather systems, strategizing your attacks and approach to machines would be different every time.

 

Horizon Zero Dawn is a console seller. The combination of the tribal, green, & machine elements of the game is perfect. It’s no ordinary game and it might be open world but it has its unique features that I’m pretty sure that you guys would definitely love.

Acer along with TNC has recently opened High Grounds Café, the first Internet café powered by Predator. In case you didn’t know, the Predator is the gaming brand of Acer and they did a pretty good job with it.  Anyway, take a look inside the first internet café powered by Predator below.

The Highgrounds Café is located at Tomas Morato, Quezon City and they’re not just any ordinary Internet Café because the High Grounds Café is also a restaurant in where you can dine. It’s not just an Internet Café, it’s a place where you can bond with your family and also do LAN parties.

The Highgrounds Café is powered by Acer Predator so expect to see 110 units of Predator G1 and Predator G3 that come with Nvidia GTX 1080 and GTX 1060 respectively. Oh yeah, CD-R King isn’t stopping. Recently, we discovered that CD-R King is now selling a smartphone gimbal and now, we also discovered that CD-R King is also selling a drone. Yep, a drone from CD-R King that is made for selfies. Well, I don’t have much details about the drone but all I know is that the drone is made for selfies and it comes with a camera.

 

The CD-R King Drone isn’t really that big as the drone is as small as your hand and of course, the drone wouldn’t be expensive as the XBee drone from CD-R King will only cost you P2,380.
