MSI launches the Alpha 15 in the Philippines

MSI Philippines has launched a new device at ESGS 2019 and it’s their latest mid-range notebook — the MSI Alpha 15. This notebook is different from its competitors as we got here an AMD processor and also the latest Radeon 5500M GPU that is set to power up your gaming needs. Want to know more about the notebook? The MSI Alpha 15 features the first 7nm GPU equipped gaming notebook and it has made an appearance at the ESGS stage and visitors can see it until today at the ESGS grounds. So what can we expect from the MSI Alpha 15? 

The notebook does come with the Ryzen 7 3750H processor along with the latest AMD Radeon RX5500M 4GB GDDR6 GPU which is still quite new. Actually, AMD promises that we’ll be seeing a performance near to Nvidia’s GTX 1660Ti which is one of the popular and powerful GPU out there in the market. 

The MSI Alpha 15 will also come with a 15.6-inch 120Hz FreeSync display with thin bezels which makes the notebook really interesting even for users who are always on the go as we got a small footprint on this notebook. Not only that, but this one would also support a per-key RGB lighting with a SteelSeries-branded keyboard.

If you’re worried about the battery, this notebook comes with AMD SmartShift Technology which works similarly to Nvidia Optimus in where the notebook automatically chooses the best GPU for your usage to optimize the battery and the performance of the notebook.
