Peugeot has announced today that they’ve had a record year in the Philippines in 2022 with a 285% year-over-year increase in overall retail sales. This performance makes the brand the fastest-growing automotive brand in 2022.
The growth is attributable to the strong demand of Peugeot 2008 SUV, Peugeot 3008 SUV, Peugeot 5008 SUV and the Peugeot Traveller Premium. They’ve also opened more showrooms and service centers across the country including the following:
- Six locations in Metro Manila: Alabang, Balintawak, Makati, Manila Bay, Pasig and Quezon Avenue
- Four locations in Luzon: Bulacan and Pampanga in North Luzon, Sta. Rosa and Batangas in South Luzon
- Two locations in Visayas: Cebu and Negros (Bacolod), and
- One in Mindanao: Davao
This 2023, Peugeot has shared that they’re planning to expand the Peugeot lineup by adding new variants into their current range of cars. New variants of these cars are expected this second quarter.
They’ve also taken steps to improve its service reliability and also the parts availability in its service centers. Peugeot is also aiming to launch the Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) program in where the ERA program will cover your vehicle recovery, towing, fuel delivery, flat tire replacement, locksmith service, and battery boosting. Every brand-new vehicle purchased from the brand will be covered with free 1-year ERA beginning the first quarter of this year.
They are also bringing back the Peugeot Easy-Own program in where you can get different financing options with low-interest rates which makes it easier to own a brand-new car from the company.
