Today, Mi Philippines has announced the availability of the Xiaomi Redmi 2 in their Facebook page. The Xiaomi Redmi 2 packs a 64-Bit Quad-Core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 processor and a 1GB LPDDR3 RAM which can mostly be found on mid-range smartphones. The Xiaomi Redmi 2 will also feature 8GB Flash storage expandable up to 32GB, 8MP BSI camera f/2.2, Dual Sim, Dual 4G and it will run MIUI 6 on Android 4.4 Kitkat. The Redmi 2 will come in two colors: Red and Gray. The Xiaomi Redmi 2 will be available on April 28, 2015 at 12 noon.
