Analyst: iPhone SE 2022 will only cost $300

Here’s some good news for Apple fans! According to Loop Capital Markets analyst John Donovan, the next iPhone SE handset might cost you only $300 (Php15,423~). This will make the smartphone the cheapest and most affordable iPhone offering that they have.

The $300 price tag also meant that this would be $100 cheaper than the current model that we have in the market right now. The iPhone SE 2022 is expected to pack an Apple A15 chipset inside and of course, there’s the 5G inside as well. Donovan also mentioned that the smartphone will also have improved camera.

The iPhone SE 2022 is expected to be unveiled at the rumored March 8 event.

Department of Education (DepEd) included Google Chromebooks in their list of devices that can be donated to public schools, teachers, and learners.

With this, local government units supporting DepEd can now acquire Chromebooks using their Special Education Fund (SEF) and donate them to public schools in their areas. As a quick background, 146 cities and 1,488 municipalities now have SEFs.

Meanwhile, DepEd also revealed that the memo applies to NGOs and other organizations helping the institution and other education initiatives.

In the memorandum, DepEd noted that Chromebooks will “help facilitate distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic” and “ensure the dependability of devices in the conduct of face-to-face in the future.”

Canon launched its latest multi-function printers: the imageRUNNER ADVANCE (iR-ADV) DX C3800i series, iR C3226i, and iR C3222L A3.

Meanwhile, the brand vowed that these new multi-function printers match businesses of all sizes. Canon also claimed that the new devices deliver the needs of the hybrid workplace while maximizing productivity in the new normal.

OFFERING EFFICIENT COLLABORATION

The new iR-ADV C3800i series gives off four advanced A3 color laser MFDs, integrating with uniFLOW online, a cloud-based print management solution. Its Filling Assist feature automates batch scanning, naming, filing, and routing of documents to various cloud destinations.
