realme has recently unveiled the DIZO tech-lifestyle subbrand of the company. They’re planning to launch different products under this brand including smart products, smart home, smart care, and many more. Recently, a listing in Shopee Vietnam has leaked and we’ve seen their first upcoming products including the DIZO watch, DIZO GoPods, and the DIZO GoPods D.
Dear @DIZOTech , you hide your unreleased products so poorly. And I just bought one of your unrealised product, thanks. pic.twitter.com/koFYoBtna9
The DIZO Watch is very much like the realme Watch 2. The DIZO Watch features a 1.4-inch color touchscreen LCD display with a 320×320 resolution. It also comes with a IP68 water rating and it offers up to 12 days of battery life. The DIZO Watch is priced at VND 1,490,000
The DIZO GoPods and the GoPods D are similar to the realme Buds Air 2 and the realme Buds Q2. The GoPods will feature Active Noise Cancellation and it will come with the R2 chip inside. It also features the 88ms low latency mode for gaming and a 25 hours of total playback. It’s priced at VND 2,690,000
While the GoPods D is similar the Buds Q2 and it comes with a 10mm drivers, BT 5.0, and it’s IPx4 rated. The buds also comes with micro-USB port and it’s priced at VND 790,000
Compared to the previous years, realme Philippines has a lot of smartphones that are available right now that caters to the different wants and needs of their consumers and now, they have the Narzo series which is made for online-only market and with the realme Narzo 30A, this smartphone is made for gamers at heart.
Realme Narzo 30A Review: Design and hardware
The realme Narzo 30A is giving us a solid polycarbonate back with a diagonal textured pattern. Despite being plastic, the smartphone does feel solid to the hand and I do feel that it feels tough and the best part is that it doesn’t get smudges because of the polycarbonate build of the smartphone.
And since the smartphone got a large battery inside, the realme Narzo 30A got a little bit of thickness in here. Along with that is a heavy body on the smartphone which is taxing to the hand after playing on the smartphone for hours.
Below the smartphone is a USB Type-C port along with the microphone and the headphone jack. As for the charging, the smartphone comes with an 18W fast charging which will take some time before it can fully charge the smartphone.
At the back of the smartphone is where you can find the fingerprint scanner of the smartphone and it’s very noticeable in my usage. The placement of the fingerprint scanner however is placed a bit higher than I expected.
Realme Narzo 30A Review: Display
I didn’t expect that much when it comes to the display since the realme Narzo 30A is an affordable smartphone but we still got here a large 6.5-inch which is large enough for most people and I believe that is more than enough for most people and we also got here an HD resolution which isn’t the most ideal one but already expected for its price range.
The viewing angles of the smartphone is just fine and the colors are good but it’s not as sharp as I expected compared to other smartphones in Full HD+
Realme Narzo 30A Review: Battery life
The battery is one of the unique selling points of the smartphone and with the realme Narzo 30A, we’re getting here a 6000mAh battery which is large enough compared to most smartphones in the market right now, and in our PC Mark test, we got a whopping score of 14 hours and 47 minuteswhich is really good so do expect long hours of playing games on this baby.
In normal usage, the smartphone can probably last 2 days or more which is really good and long-lasting.
Realme Narzo 30A Review: Software and performance
Unlike the newer realme smartphones, the Narzo 30A still comes with realme UI 1.0 out of the box but you can expect a realme UI 2.0 update coming out later this year. It’s still running on Android 10 and it runs just fine but if you’re expecting for Android 11 features, well, you have to wait a few more months before we can get to that.
Just like before, the realme UI 1.0 on this comes with some applications but using it was smooth and I didn’t have any single problems when using the realme UI 1.0 on the smartphone.
Inside the smartphone is Helio G85 chip from MediaTek and also a 4GB of RAM. When it comes to benchmarks, the realme Narzo 30A scored as expected it to be. Check out the Antutu that we got on the realme Narzo 30A
The smartphone is powerful enough to handle casual games and of course, 3D heavy games would run on the smartphone but you’ll have to manage your expectations and you have to lower the graphics settings on the smartphone in order to play these games.
realme Narzo 30A Review: Camera
The camera of the realme Narzo 30A isn’t its strongest suit. The smartphone might look like it has a quad-camera setup but this is actually just a dual camera setup on the smartphone. It comes with a 13MP main camera along with 2MP B&W lens. For the selfies, there’s the 8MP front camera. Unfortunately, there’s no ultra-wide on this one so it’s a bit lacking for me but again, the smartphone is more on performance rather than a camera smartphone. Check out the shots that we took using the smartphone:

Realme Narzo 30A Review: Verdict
The realme Narzo 30A is a great smartphone for gaming if you’re on a budget. It packs 4GB of RAM which is pretty big and there’s the juicy 6000mAh battery that will power up your smartphone the whole day. It’s a great smartphone if you’re looking for those specialties on a smartphone.
The realme Narzo 30A is now available in the Philippines
Gigabyte released the G24F Gaming Monitor in the market last April 2021 with a 165hz and 1080p resolution. When it comes to buying a gaming monitor, we normally consider the display size, resolution, and refresh rate of the monitor. These are the main factors to consider when getting one and you already get a lot of choices in the market.
With Gigabyte’s latest gaming monitor lineup targeted to casual gamers that don’t need RGB and the latest gaming features making them very affordable and provide the same gaming experience.
[table id=16 /]
In the package: USB Cable, Display Port Cable, HDMI Cable, Power Cables, Install Guide, and Warranty Card
The G24F Gaming Monitor comes in a 1080p (FHD) resolution all packaged into its IPS panel and flicker-free backlight. This is a marvelous platform for competitive gamers that want an affordable screen with splendid contrast and colours.
Design and Features
The G24 gaming monitor looks much like its Aorus counterparts but has a flat-screen instead making it more suitable for competitive gaming. The build is a nice and simple matte black finish making it appear like a regular monitor.
The build quality is as it should be on the Gigabyte G24 gaming monitor even though it is made of plastic making it more than just a budget monitor. It has a steady stand that doesn’t stagger. The hinge though would feel like the weakest link but holds the screen up just fine.
At the rear, we find the single OSD joystick that is conveniently placed on the right-hand side facing the display. It may feel frail but is responsive and only takes a few clicks to get to any sub-menu. This also functions as the monitor’s power button.
G24F Gaming Monitor Movement
The stand included with the Gigabyte G24F gaming monitor offers tilt and swivel for adjustments and may feel limiting for unusual setups. Nevertheless, it should suffice for most cases especially when you use a VESA mount when trying to save space.
Connectivity
In terms of connectivity, the Gigabyte G24F gaming monitor definitely did not disappoint offering a DisplayPort 1.2 and two HDMI 1.4 slots, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and 2 USB 3.0 ports. Included as well is a USB Upstream port.
Display and Performance
The G24F gaming monitor is a 24-inch IPS panel with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and 165Hz refresh rate, and a 1ms boosted response time.
It displayed awesome vibrancy giving a 100% sRGB and 88% DCI-P3 gamut coverage based on our SpyderXPro analysis. It did not need much calibration out of the box except for a few tweaks on the gamma being slightly off.
Final thoughts on the Gigabyte G24F Gaming Monitor
The G24F gaming monitor is a superb choice when it comes to budget monitors giving its screen’s specifications and effective features. The IPS panel giving that colour accuracy means that entertainment and multimedia would be enjoyed as well. The only thing that was missing is the speakers.
This monitor retails for ₱11,500 and would be a great purchase for those looking for budget monitors both for gaming and multimedia designers.

Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) announced a new milestone, as it breached over 3,000 5G sites across the Philippines.
With a commitment to deliver the fastest and widest 5G network in the country, Smart fired up several 5G sites even in far-flung and mountainous areas, which include Brgy. Linut-od in Argao, Cebu. This enables residents to stay connected and have a taste of the convenience offered by the super-fast speeds of Smart 5G.
True enough, its residents now enjoy an upgraded lifestyle and service. In fact, one of its locals and a dialysis patient, Elena Camson was able to have a telemedicine service.
Their community previously had no signal, so, Camson used to walks before she could catch a ride going to the clinic, located 23-kilometer away from the town proper.
Fortunately, through Smart 5G, she can now consult via telemedicine services.
“A strong network is a huge help for us especially for telemedicine,” said Dr. Stanley Caminero, Argao’s community doctor, whom Camson consults with regularly. “Instead of traveling to town, patients can consult virtually via Smart 5G.”

Smart recently revealed that they plan on firing up more 5G sites in the country. Not only that, but they also expanded its Unli 5G offer to cover all Smart 5G sites nationwide to enable more Filipinos to enjoy Smart’s fastest network.
The Unli 5G offer is available exclusively via the GigaLife App, which has a feature that shows the location of 5G coverage in the country.
Smart’s Unli 5G offer has no data-capping or speed-throttling. It also comes with data for non-5G use so subscribers can stay connected even when they move from a 5G-covered location to a non-5G-covered site or switch between Smart 5G and 4G/LTE networks.
Meanwhile, Smart said that all Smart LTE SIMS are already 5G-ready.
Smart’s Unli 5G offer is now available to customers at over 3,000 Smart 5G locations around the country, including Metro Manila, Angeles City, Baguio City, Cavite City, Cebu City, Clark City, Davao City Batangas, Bacolod, Boracay, Cagayan de Oro, Laguna, Pampanga, Pangasinan, and Quezon.
