Today, it is easier to search online rather than searching something on a book. It is also easier to communicate with our friends and loved ones on Skype, Facebook or other messengers but of course, some of us still prefer using our landlines and phones. So how do we know the number of people we need to call? We turn to yellow pages to search for their numbers.
If you love taking photos and you want your photo to be the next cover of DPC yellow pages then better join the 29th Visual Arts Competition by PLDT and DPC Yellow pages in partnership with SM Supermalls and Canon Philippines with a theme “Past meets present”. This contest is open to students, 15-24 of age and currently enrolled in any school.
Grand Prize
- Cover Photo to be used in the 2015 – 2016 DPC Yellow Pages
- PHP100,000 Cash Prize (Tax Free) + PHP40,000 donation prize for the educational institution
- Canon EOS 700D DSLR Camera
Second Prize
- PHP70,000 Cash (Tax Free) + PHP30,000 donation prize for the educational institution
- Canon EOS 1200D DLSR Camera
- PHP60,000 Cash (Tax Free) + PHP20,000 donation prize for the educational institution
- Canon Powershot SX600HS camera
- PHP25,000
- Canon IXUS 265HS Digital Camera
Top 50 entries
- PHP5,000 cash
Each student can submit up to three entries and it must have an 8″ x 12″ portrait or 12″ x 8″ landscape orientation with a resolution of at least 10 megapixels. The grand prize winner can take home a Canon EOS 700D DSLR camera, PHP100,000 (Tax-free) and a PHP40,000 donation for the educational institution. The top 50 finalists will automatically win PHP5,000 and their photos will be on display at select SM Supermalls.
