The leaked renders reveal a camera module design that resembles its predecessor, the OnePlus 11, with slight modifications to accommodate the periscope lens. Positioned in the bottom ‘row’ of the module, the periscope camera stands alone, while the main and ultrawide sensors occupy the top ‘row,’ nestled side by side. The collaboration with renowned camera brand Hasselblad also remains intact, with the iconic logo residing between the two rows.

Meanwhile, OnePlus 12 boasts a slightly curved screen that provides an immersive viewing experience. Notably, the placement of the hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera marks a significant departure from previous OnePlus models, as it is now centered on the screen. This change adds a fresh aesthetic touch to the device. The display is also rumored to measure 6.7 inches and feature a 120 Hz QHD+ OLED panel.

Powerful Performance and Fast Charging

Under the hood, the OnePlus 12 is expected to be fueled by the highly anticipated Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, slated for unveiling in October. This cutting-edge chipset will deliver exceptional performance and efficiency. Furthermore, the smartphone is rumored to house a robust 5,000 mAh battery, supporting either 100W or 150W fast wired charging. With this charging capability, users can quickly replenish their device’s battery life, minimizing downtime.

Impressive Camera Capabilities

The OnePlus 12 is set to redefine smartphone photography with its impressive camera capabilities. The main and ultrawide cameras are also rumored to feature a remarkable 50 MP resolution. These also ensure stunning detail and clarity in every shot. The periscope zoom camera is expected to employ a powerful 64 MP OmniVision sensor. This enables users to capture high-quality zoomed-in images with exceptional clarity. Meanwhile, for selfie enthusiasts, a 32 MP front-facing camera will capture stunning self-portraits.
