Rumors are swirling that Apple is developing an AR glasses for a 2021-2022 launch. Yep, Apple Glasses just like what you see in the movies and of course, in the available headsets in the market like the Oculus quest. According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, he is expecting that the Apple Glasses will launch this 2022.

Digitimes has also said that the Apple AR Glasses is expected to launch this 2022 and when it comes to design, the headset is expected to look like the Oculus Quest but with a sleeker design that has fabrics and lightweight materials so you can wear it for long periods of time.

The headset is also expected to feature a high-resolution display and it will rely on the iPhone for its processing power to keep it slim and lightweight. Aside from that, it is also expected to come with rOS or Reality OS and Apple is currently exploring the use of touch panels, voice activation, and head gestures for control.

However, Jon Prosser believes that the Apple Glasses are aimed for March-June 2021 and yes, he has seen it and he also mentioned that the glasses will come “Starboard” which is a UI designed for the Apple Glasses
