Starmobile has announced a new midranger phone that has a quad-core processor and a 4.5″ display and no, this is not a phone in partnership with Katy Perry. The Starmobile Roar has some interesting features like pop out video function, noise cancellation,wave control and talk to unlock. These might not be a killer features for a smartphone but these are really interesting to see on a smartphone at this price range.

Too bad, Starmobile Roar only rocks a 512 MB of RAM but that’s alright because I’m pretty sure the phone wouldn’t be that slow because it sports an FWVGA display and not HD. The Starmobile Roar is now available for P4,690.
