Red Bull Basement has officially launched in the Philippines and they are aiming to give a spotlight the country’s brightest innovators on the world stage. This initiative provides Filipino students, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts an opportunity to develop and present innovative ideas with an emphasis to Artificial Intelligence.
The competition invites individuals or teams of up to two to submit a one-page business plan through an intuitive AI tool. This tool, powered by Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service and AMD Instinct accelerators.
The selected National Champion will represent the Philippines at the Red Bull Basement World Final in Tokyo, Japan, where they will compete against innovators from over 40 countries. The ultimate winner will earn a coveted three-week hands-on experience in Silicon Valley, California, in 2025, providing access to mentorship and networking with global industry leaders.
Applications are open until September 30, 2024, offering Filipino innovators a chance to elevate their ideas to the global stage and bring their visions to life.
Xiaomi Philippines has just introduced its newest tablet in their lineup — Redmi Pad SE 8.7. This is a portable mini tablet that is meant for multimedia usage and it also packs an affordable price tag as well.

realme officially launched the realme 13 Pro Series 5G in the Philippines during the FanFest 2024 event held at Gateway Mall II. The ASUS ROG Ally X has officially launched in the Philippines. This device is the successor of the ASUS ROG Ally and it has fixed most of the issues that we encountered in the previous generation. This time, we’re getting beefier hardware inside and they have finally fixed the microSD card issues that a lot of users have encountered before.
The ASUS ROG Ally X comes in a new black colorway with a more ergonomic feel. Despite the larger battery on the ASUS ROG Ally X, this one still has a light and ergonomic build.
