Samsung Galaxy S II was one of the successful Android phones this year and now, Samsung has finally announced the cheaper version of the Samsung Galaxy S II, The Samsung Galaxy R. Samsung Galaxy R will be equipped with 4.2″ SC-LCD and a Tegra 2 chipset compared to SGSII’s 4.3″ Super AMOLED screen and Exynos chipset which is superior than this one. It will also have a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p video recording while the Galaxy S II is equipped with 8 Megapixel camera which is capable to record 1080p video. But still, the Galaxy R can still play 1080p videos

Both phones have Mobile TV so you can watch Wiltime Bigtime on TV5 whenever and wherever you are. Apple recently updated the thin and light Macbook Air with the new Sandy Bridge processors. Some of the new features of the updated Macbook air includes the Backlit keyboard, Thunderbolt and Mac OS X Lion. Apple decided to drop the Macbook white for the Macbook Air.

Obviously, the Macbook Ait got cheaper. The starting price is set at P49,000.00. Apple also decided to dump the Nvidia graphics for Intel HD Graphics 3000. The cheapest Macbook air still has the 2 GB RAM & 64 GB Flash storage which is kinda small nowadays. But Flash storage are faster than the usual HDD but flash are more expensive than the latter.

Samsung Galaxy Pro in its white dress

Samsung Galaxy pro is the latest Android Phone to sport a design that is set to compete with Blackberry phones and HTC Chacha. It is equipped with a QVGA 2.8″ capacitive touch screen and a QWERTY keyboard. It is also equipped with Android Froyo (not Gingerbread, sorry folks!). I don’t know if Gingerbread will come to this phone because there is no official announcement about that yet.

I believe this phone is a great alternative for Blackberry Curve 3G. This one has a better specifications. It has an Android OS & 800 MHz processor that is capable to play some addicting games like Angry Birds & Fruit Ninja.
