LG G3 is just around the corner and it’s coming this May 28. Since there are a lot of leaks, I think LG has decided to show the LG G3 already. In these 3 videos, LG has focus on 3 different features — camera, display and design. These videos also confirmed the LG G2 would sport a 2560 x 1440 display and a metallic look. Check out the videos below.
Google Play Movies now available in the Philippines
Google Play store offers us books and apps but not movies. But starting today, Google Play will now offer movies to us Filipinos in the Play Store. The movies are cheap though. Most of the recent movies are priced at P500 and up but if you just want to rent a movie, you can rent a movie at around P170.
The movies that are available are from Hollywood and I didn’t see a lot of Tagalog movies. Well, I wish I would see some great Filipino movies like OTJ but I hope I wouldn’t see My Little Bossings on the Play Store. I hate that movie.
JBL J55 Review
I’ve reviewed a lot of JBL headphones before and I can say that they’re really making high-end entertainment system. Not only that they’re categorize as high-end earphones but they also create stylish and premium design on their headphones.
The JBL J55 review unit that I got is the black one and it looks very premium. The JBL J55 has a matte plastic body and it feels very sturdy. One unique feature that I that I love and hate in the JBL J55 is you can rotate the earcups for up to 180 degree. I love it because I can rotate but most of the time, I get annoyed with it because most of the time, I accidentally rotate the earcups.
The cable is flat that’s why it has less tangles and the it’s thick so you don’t have to worry about the wire inside it getting torn off. FYI, I love cables that are thick and flat. The cables are also long enough for my use. Not bad at all.
The earpads is one of the things that you’ll love in the JBL J55, it’s very soft and it’s very comfortable to use. Of all the on-ear headphones that I’ve trie, I think the JBL J55 was the most comfortable of em’all.
JBL is very proud that the JBL J55 is made for those people who love bass and yes, you won’t be disappointed when you choose the JBL J55. The bass was good and you can hear how it pummels in your ear.
If you’re looking outside the bass, you might notice the sound gets muffled because the sound gets deeper than I expected but don’t worry, it wasn’t really that noticeable.
JBL J55 is made for the people who love bass. Its design and construction are really worth for its price and it is one of the most premium looking that ‘s available in the market. The bass of the JBL J55 wasn’t disappointing too and overall, I really like the JBL J55.
The JBL J55 is now available at JBL Acoustical Space Megamall, JBL Sound Gallery BGC, and JBL Digital Dreams SM North.
LG G3 Specifications leaked!
Looks like LG isn’t good in keeping information of their upcoming flagship phone. The full specifications of LG G3 has been leaked and it looks like it would really have a QHD display on a 5.5 IPS display. LG is also proud that their next flagship would have a 1W speaker. Yeah, much better audio quality on a smartphone.
I’m disappointed to see Snapdragon 801 on this device. I was hoping that the LG G3 would rock a better and faster Snapdragon 805. According to these leaks, the LG G3 would also feature a laser sensor on its back that would help you in low-light photography. Here’s the full specifications of the LG G3

Well, for CNY3999 or $640 or Php29,000, you could get a decent 4k Smart TV running on Android. Yes, that’s not a typo folks.
Xiaomi MI TV 2 has a 49″ 4k display which is also capable of 3D with a thin bezel of 6.2mm thin and the Smart TV is just 15.5mm thin. Inside the Xiaomi MI TV 2 is a 1.45 GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MStar 6A918 with Mali-450 MP4 GPU along with the 2 GB of RAM which I think will be enough for your games. Unfortunately, the Xiaomi MI TV 2 will only be available in China. But hey, it’ll be interesting if Xiaomi can bring this TV in the Philippines.

DTC Mobile announces its ambassadors, teased new phones

Earlier this week, DTC Mobile has introduced their newest ambassadors from PBA. The DTC Mobile ambassadors are composed of Ryan Arana, Simon Atkins, KG Canaleta, Gary David and Willie Miller. This is the first time DTC Mobile has announced its new ambassadors. Along with the introduction of their newest ambassadors, is the announcement of their upcoming phones. These are the phones that’ll be available very soon.
I believe that there are some typos in those specifications. The prices are not yet announced but the official specifications and prices will be available soon.
Apple acquires Beats for $3.2B
Apple has bought Beats for $3.2 billion. Well, if you haven’t heard Beats, it is a very popular audio company that provides audio equipments and music streaming service. FYI, Dr. Dre is one of the founders of Beats. This acquisition has been confirmed by Tyrese Gibson (Yeah, the guy from the Fast & Furious) on Instagram but the post has just been pulled out immediately. This is Apple’s biggest acquisition so far. I’m hoping that we’ll see earpods powered by Beats in the future.
