First of all, this is NOT AN OFFICIAL RELEASE FROM ROCKSTAR. Vice City RAGE is just a modification of Grand Theft Auto IV. They used the RAGE engine which was used in GTA IV to create this one. So you’ll see a better graphics and physics engine. It will be available on January 5 next year.
